Steps

To connect your GCP billing data to Greenly, you'll need to export your billing data to a BigQuery dataset and give Greenly read access to this dataset

  1. Follow GCP instructions here. At step 3 of the instructions, enable the export of pricing data. At step 4, select a multi-region - either US or EU -. At step 5, enable all 3 exports available.

  2. Create a service account for the project where you exported the billing data following these GCP instructions

and give it the role BigQuery Job User.

Then, please send the .json file you created to your climate expert, or [email protected], for Greenly to take over the study.

The connection will be established and data will be available within 24-48 hours within your Greenly account. Your dedicated climate expert will be in touch.
